После выпуска в 2009 году отличного альбома “Saldorian Spell” в мрачных владениях D.N. Slaughtercult повисло зловещее затишье. Группе понадобилось несколько лет сосредоточенной работы, чтобы наконец разразиться очередной богохульной симфонией. Что ж, результат полностью оправдал столь продолжительное ожидание, ибо “Necrovision” – это образцовый black metal альбом! Communiqué is the second studio album by the British rock band Dire Straits released on 15 June 1979 by Vertigo Records internationally and by Warner Bros. Records in the United States. The album produced the single "Lady Writer", which reached #45 on the Billboard Hot 100 chart and #51 on the UK Singles Chart. The album reached #1 on album charts in Germany, New Zealand, and Sweden, #11 in the United States and #5 in the United Kingdom. Communiqué was later certified gold in the United States, platinum in the United Kingdom and double-platinum in France.

Rockferry is the debut studio album by Welsh singer Duffy, released on 3 March 2008 in the United Kingdom by A&M Records. It was released in the United States by Mercury Records. Taking four years to record the album, Duffy worked with several producers and writers including Bernard Butler, Steve Booker, Jimmy Hogarth, and Eg White. Primarily a soul recording musically, Rockferry is composed of ballads, torch songs, and up tempo songs in the style of 1960s pop music. It was well received by music critics, who praised the record's musical and lyrical depth and occasional darkness, Duffy's vocal performance, and the record's contemporary instrumentation and production which created a warm sound. Music critics favourably compared Duffy's work on Rockferry to the music of Dusty Springfield and Duffy's contemporary Amy Winehouse.

De-Phazz's third album is another off-color mixture of Heidelberg-based lounge jazz, and its lazy breakbeats, trip-hop strings, and idly soulful singers are the least willfully ironic out there. The Latin touches are sprawling yet snug, like Beatless or Fila Brazillia by way of Air. Even better are the reggae-jazz experiments that pop out from time to time, as if to remind you that chillout collectives, even German ones, still know how to be sobered and eclectic. But it also can't seem to get around the idea that comedic late-night music is a tough, rubber-nosed beast to tame. Like Bent on a bad day, "Heartfixer" is an unfortunately upbeat clod-rock take on downtempo cheek, and "Trash Box" is even worse. Nothing groundbreaking, all said, just braver than Zero 7.

К проекту присоеденились ударник Саймон Доусон, басист Джастин Уолкер (13 Candles), а за клавишные встал Киерон Де-Курси (ex-The Voice). Место вокалиста занял легендарный и гениальный Дэни Филт (Cradle Of Filth), что во многом объясняет серьёзный настрой. Вначале Дэни согласился помочь в записи пары треков, которые впоследствии превратились в полноценное демо, получившее название «Grotescapology» и состоящее из восьми песен, пропитанных настоящим безумием и расстройством психики.

И да, это отличный, атмосферный, в меру депрессивный и в то же время агрессивный опус, напичканный хитами, въедающимися риффами и прекрасным вокалом Чино Морено, который хоть по собственным заявлением никогда профессионально не занимался вокалом, выдает по-настоящему запоминающиеся партии, чего стоят только припевы "My Own Summer", либо же "Dai The Flu"!

Мне альбом очень понравился. Вообще, из Dvara я мог слушать только ранние мрачные работы «Taai Liira» и «Piirah», всё, что было после, казалось (да и сейчас кажется), как бы это помягче сказать... бледным, серым и унылым. Так бы оно было и по сей день, и я бы окончательно похоронил для себя этот музыкальный проект, если бы не появился «Zii». Пусть на нём нет той мрачной энергетики, того ощущения беспросветности, но здесь присутствует своя ни на что не похожая атмосфера, заставляющая слушать альбом снова и снова.

Высший класс! Третье сольное творение бывшего клавишника немецкой black-death формации RIGER Roberto Liebig'a. Невообразимое творение воедино сочетающее в себе казалось бы несовместимые вещи. Новый альбом представляет собой атмосферный и симфоничный, агрессивный и мелодичный death-doom metal с большим влиянием gothic-black metal. Если проводить аналогии, то эту музыку можно представить как смесь бывшей группы Роберто RIGER и CREMATORY. Здесь взаимо выгодно соседствуют мрачная напряженная и легкая непринужденная атмосферы, тяжелые агрессивные риффы и красивые мелодии. Основной упор, естественно, на изобретательную клавишную работу, но гитарный звук при этом вовсе не задвинут, а даже выдвинут вперед, создавая мошную и плотную звуковую стену разрезаемую этими самыми клавишными в классическом стиле. Превосходный вокал гармонично переходящий от сочного гроулинга к ехидному скримингу, иногда проскакивают партии чистого вокала. Целых девять разнообразных мелодичных оркестровых гимнов на немецком языке.

David Paparusso's career as a professional DJ only starts in 2002. At that time, he meets Antoine Clamaran, another popular French DJ, who produces Vendetta's first three maxi singles "Fiction – No Sex", "She Loves Me – Party People" and "Alicante – Cleopatra". He also starts working as a producer when American DJ Roger Sanchez asks him to remix some of his songs.
In 2006, Paparusso releases the song "Love to love you baby", which samples Donna Summer, and manages to peak at No. 20 at the French Singles Chart. The follow-up single "Unidos para la música" even reaches the Top 5 in France and the Top 30 in Belgium-Wallonia.

Danzel - is a Belgian musician, best known for his 2004 single "Pump It Up!" which reached the top 10 across Europe, including in Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Poland, Romania and Switzerland. The single also reached number 11 on the UK Singles Chart and 29 on the U.S. Billboard Hot Dance Club Play chart. Other singles released have failed to achieve the same level of success.

Now that Ms Springfield, the most important British female vocalist of the pop era, has passed away, completism sets in. You must have everything, and you must have everything on every single format, on each compilation, from any place in the world. Here comes Blue For You, a compilation from Australia that puts together some helpful bits and bobs for the obsessive fan. Not all-encompassing, this collection does have it's strong points--although it misses out on her debut solo single "I Only Want To Be With You", it includes her incredible reading of the Burt Bacharach classic "I Just Don't Know What To Do With Myself", and, interestingly, the B-side to that single--"My Colouring Book". The collection leaps around the years--at one point landing in 1970 for her duet with Tom Springfield, "Morning Please Don't Come"--but if you want to have everything, you can excuse the erratic nature to hear some immaculate vocal talent. -- Charlie Porter
