Общее впечатление от альбома двоякое. С одной стороны – это новая композиторская грань Enslaved, с другой – в некоторых песнях чересчур резкая смена настроений, ритмов, размеров. Новый вокалист звучит в разных песнях по-разному, так что непонятно – нарочно это сделано, или же он талантливый имитатор. Музыка ближе к "Monumension" общей психоделичностью и направленностью на атмосферность, но в то же время есть однозначные хитяры вроде "The River’s Mouth", которую можно добавлять в золотой фонд группы рядом с "Isa" и "Return To Yggdrasil". Также смущают явные отсылки к Opeth, Anathema и Таунсенду, что ранее не было свойственно Enslaved.

Ramazzotti had won the 'New Voices' category in the 1984 Sanremo Music Festival with the song "Terra promessa", which went on to peak at number 2 on the Italian Singles Chart and is included here. At the 1985 Sanremo Festival, Ramazzotti entered the main competition with "Una storia importante", which placed sixth but subsequently topped the Italian chart and also reached number 2 in France. Cuori agitati made number 10 on the Italian Albums chart.

Stilelibero (Freestyle) is the eighth studio album by Italian rock singer Eros Ramazzotti, released on October 30, 2000, on the BMG label. The album, featuring three tracks produced by Trevor Horn and two by Rick Nowels, was recorded in a variety of locations in London, California and Italy. Stilelibero was a commercial success, topping the Italian albums chart, as did the lead single, "Fuoco nel fuoco" also topping the singles chart. "Più che puoi", a duet with Cher, also reached the Italian top 20.
