То есть финны на всю голову погружены в 80-е, им нравится звучание и эстетика «хэйр-метала» и стадионного рока. И все отличительные черты и «родимые пятна» они аккуратно воспроизвели – «гимновые» припевы в духе Def Leppard, пересушенный саунд, гулкие ударные, синтезаторные подкладки. В разделении на «плохих мальчиков» и «хороших мальчиков» Free Spirit – явно хорошие, причесанные и аккуратные. Хотя нельзя сказать, что это совсем уж стерильная музыка – есть в ней и драйв, и добротные риффы. И вокал Сами Алхо – крепкий и профессиональный, чуть хрипловатый, который бы подошел и для вещей потяжелее.

Первый релиз Isis – это повод для размышлений, если вы уже знакомы с поздним творчеством группы, и просто первая ласточка впечатляющих экземпляров экспериментального хардкора, если это название вам вдруг мало чего говорит. The Colour and the Shape is the second studio album by the American rock band Foo Fighters. Produced by Gil Norton, it was released through Capitol Records and the group's own Roswell Records on May 20, 1997. The record is the debut of the Foo Fighters as a group, as the band's previous record, Foo Fighters (1995), was primarily recorded by frontman Dave Grohl and friend Barrett Jones as a demo. After the project ballooned and became an international success, the group convened for pre-production in the fall of 1996 and brought in producer Norton to establish a pop sensibility for the tracks. The band strived to create a full-fledged rock record, although the music press predicted another grunge offshoot.

In Your Honor is the fifth studio album by American rock band Foo Fighters, released on June 14, 2005 by RCA Records. It is a double album, with one disc containing heavy rock songs and a second disc with mellower acoustic songs. Frontman Dave Grohl decided to do a diverse blend of songs as he felt that after ten years of existence, the band had to break new ground with their music. The album was recorded at a newly built studio in Northridge, Los Angeles, and featured guests such as John Paul Jones, Norah Jones and Josh Homme. The lyrics deal with both resonating and introspective themes, with a major influence from Grohl's involvement on the campaign trail with John Kerry during the 2004 presidential election. It is the first album to feature keyboardist Rami Jaffee, although he would not join the band as full-time member until 2017.

The Dance is a live album by the British-American rock band Fleetwood Mac, released on 19 August 1997. This album is wonderful. It is truly blues at its best. It is early Fleetwood Mac but entirely different than what you may be use to. I would recommend this not only to Fleetwood Mac's fans but to anyone who truly loves the blues. Black Magic Woman is one of the songs on this album and keep in mind they recorded it before Carlos Santana. I swear you will not be disappointed.

Behind the Mask is the 15th studio album by British-American rock band Fleetwood Mac, released in 1990. It was the first album released by the band after the departure of guitarist Lindsey Buckingham. He was replaced by Billy Burnette and Rick Vito, both guitar players, singers and songwriters. Fleetwood Mac thus became a six-piece band with four singer/songwriters. The album was not as successful as its predecessor, Tango in the Night, nor did it spawn any big hit singles although "Save Me" made the US Top 40, while "Love Is Dangerous" and "Skies the Limit" enjoyed some airplay. "Save Me" and "Skies the Limit" were much more successful in Canada, where they both reached the Top 30. Though it barely reached the US Top 20, the album entered the UK Albums Chart at number 1 and achieved platinum status there. Following the album's release and subsequent world tour, bandmembers Stevie Nicks and Rick Vito left the band, though Nicks would rejoin in 1997.
