Никаких неожиданностей "Honour Amongst Chaos" не преподносит, Waylander продолжают нарезать высококлассную пагань с вкраплениями местного фольклора, применяя при этом акустические гитары, флейты и прочие сугубо фолковые жужжалки. Местный колорит передается на ура - если "Galloping Gaels", то приближающуюся орду галльских всадников ощущаешь чуть ли не физически, если "Beyond The Ninth Wave", то девятый вал действительно представляется в виде скоростной, но в то же время спокойной силы стихии, которая сметает все по пути.

Начните слушать этот альбом с яркой «Seven Deadly Sins» – своей простоватой на первый взгляд, но такой притягательной и неизбитой на самом деле, мелодикой она должна приглянуться и ценящим релизы в жанре melodic metal и тем, кто не боится поиска штучного товара в огромной куче ширпотреба. В далеком Нью-Джерси в 1983 году два паренька по имени Тони (Портаро и Скальоне) решили организовать собственную трэшевую команду, а название для нее позаимствовали из репертуара Metallica. На первых порах в составе Whiplash кроме двух Тони числились также вокалист Майк Ороц и басист Роб Хардинг, но эта парочка исчезла после записи первой демки. Следующую пленку, "Thunderstruck", парни записывали вдвоем, причем вокальные и басовые партии исполнил Портаро. Впрочем, такая нагрузка для одного человека оказалась великовата, и поэтому вскоре в команде появился еще один Тони (Боно), которому досталась четырехструнка. Отдельного же вокалиста сыскать не удалось, и банда продолжила работать в формате трио. В 1985-м коллектив подготовил еще одно демо - под названием "Looking Death In The Face". Trouble is the debut studio album from British hard rock band Whitesnake, led by former Deep Purple vocalist David Coverdale released in October 1978. It reached No. 50 on the UK Albums Chart. This followed the four-track Snakebite EP, later available in the US as an import album from continental Europe. It received a CD release on 8 April 1988 in the UK.

Despite the band's troubles during the recording, the album peaked at number nine on the UK Albums Chart and was certified silver, the only silver certification in a string of gold or platinum-certified albums by the BPI. The album included the single "Here I Go Again", released in October 1982, that charted at number 34, but did not chart any of the singles charts in the United States. Eventually, it would resurface in 1987, with a new version that would characterise Whitesnake, in the future.

The album featured two of the band's UK single-hits from that year: "Fool for Your Loving" had reached No. 13 in the charts on 26 April 1980, and the title-track, "Ready an' Willing (Sweet Satisfaction)" made No. 43 in July of the same year. On 2 August 1980 "Fool for Your Loving" peaked at No. 53 on the Billboard Hot 100; the song would later be re-recorded for the Slip of the Tongue album. The track "Blindman", initially from David Coverdale's first solo album White Snake, was re-recorded for this album.

The band worked on the album at Clearwell Castle. Like their two previous recordings it was also produced by Martin Birch. It was the group's last album to feature Dave Dowle, before being replaced by ex-Purple drummer Ian Paice.
Marsden recalled that at the time band members argued in "a good, healthy, positive" way and "because of that the band got better and more successful with Ready An' Willing (1980) and Come an' Get It (1981)". He considered it a good record, a sentiment Coverdale didn't share and would have rather released it as an EP.

Live...in the Heart of the City is a 1980 live album by English rock band Whitesnake. Originally released as a double-vinyl album, and double-play cassette, it utilises recordings made in 1978 and 1980. The album charted at number 5 on the UK Albums Chart with Platinum certification, and number 146 on the Billboard 200. The Classic Rock magazine in 2011 and 2023 placed it among the best live albums ever.

At its debut, Come an' Get It debuted at No. 2 in the UK chart, the highest debut in the band's discography ever in their native country, but was prevented from the top spot over Adam and the Ants' Kings of the Wild Frontier. It eventually stayed 23 weeks up in the charts. The album charted on 7 countries, with Finland charting on No. 3, Germany on No. 20, Japan on No. 41, Norway on No. 26, and Sweden on No. 24. In the US, it only debuted on the Billboard 200 chart at No. 151 and kept showing for 6 weeks, unlike the moderate successes of their previous album 'Ready an' Willing' that formerly stayed for a total of 16 weeks at that time in 1980.

Since the release date for “Flesh & Blood” was pushed back, Rhido decided to fill the gap with something really special. “Unzipped” is a box set that includes the acoustic sessions by Whitesnake (meaning those of Coverdale with Vandenberg and later on with Aldrich) from 1997 up to 2015. “Unzipped” comes in a regular and deluxe CD edition plus a double vinyl. But right now we will focus on the beautiful box set. I must be clear right from the start that you won’t find yourself listening on a constant basis this bunch of songs. These are some acoustic versions –mainly vocals and a guitar- and most songs can be found numerous times as the box set depicts various live performances almost in back to back days. Naturally, we are treated with the same songs so this is a box set aimed towards the die hard fan and collector.

Flesh & Blood is the thirteenth studio album by British hard rock band Whitesnake, released on 10 May 2019 through Frontiers Records. A music video was released for the lead single "Shut Up & Kiss Me". The album reached number 7 on the UK Albums Chart and topped the UK Rock & Metal Albums Chart, selling 4,894 copies on its first release.

The Blues Album is a compilation album by British hard rock band Whitesnake, released on 19 February 2021 by Rhino Records. It reached Top 10 in Switzerland and Top 15 in Germany album charts.
The album contains "revisited, remixed and remastered" versions of previously released blues-hard rock songs, and is the third in a series called Red, White and Blues Trilogy following white's The Rock Album and red's Love Songs (2020).

Альбом “The Last Command” вышел 9 ноября 1985 года (второй студийный диск группы). Для меня эта пластинка – магия, в которую погружаешься с первых мощно–вязких гитарных аккордов и вступающего за ними могильно–мрачного, густого, легко узнаваемого вокала Блэки Лоулесса. В нашей компании его голос называли «луженой глоткой». ... Ко всем перечисленным моим коллегой заметных песен с альбома “The Last Command” я бы добавила трек с одноименным названием.

В 2006 году музыканты записали свой первый сингл, "Wildheart", который вышел в середине весны. После этого начался сбор материала для первого полноформатного альбома. И снова начались неполадки в студии, из-за которых работа над альбом шла очень медленно. Но тем не менее музыканты не собирались останавливаться на достигнутом и, несмотря на все неприятности, продолжили активную студийную деятельность. На запись альбома был приглашён Henrik Klingenberg. В итоге полноформатный альбом "Cold Reality", содержащий в себе 9 композиций, вышел 11 октября этого же года.
