Что же касается музыкальной составляющей, то она претерпела ряд изменений, и, по моему мнению, в лучшую сторону. Музыка наполнилась эпическими элементами и экспериментальными уклонами. И, смело можно сказать, что ни один из экспериментов не провалился. Хоралы в треках 2, 3 и 10, акустическое вступление в "Slaying The Prophets Ov Isa", "At the Left Hand ov God", величественные и воинственные партии саксофона в "Kriegsphilosophie" и "Christgrinding Avenue" придают песням дополниетльную изюминку, создавая на "The Apostasy" более величественную и воинственную атмосферу, чем на всех предыдущих с 1999 года опусах польских музыкантов. Особенно необычной выглядит "Inner Sanctum" с использованием фортепиано и чистого вокала.

An unwieldy four-disc, 52-track box set, Under Wheels of Confusion: 1970-1987 nevertheless contains the bulk of Black Sabbath's best work, dipping considerably in quality during the second half of the set, when Ozzy Osbourne left the group and was replaced by Ronnie James Dio. Even though all of the stone-cold classics are here, as are all of Dio's best tracks, Sabbath remains best appreciated through their original albums, which capture the essence of the metal giants much better than this box.

Отличный death/black, цепляющий и профессиональный, со множеством оригинальных, присущих только Бегемоту, ходов. Этот альбом - логичное продолжение "Thelema.6", разве что дэтовых элементов стало побольше. Легко узнаваемая энергетика, присущая этим монстрам польской сцены, чувствуется с первого риффа. Именно благодаря ей группу невозможно спутать ни с кем, в том числе и с многочисленными подражателями. Эта работа, как и предыдущие, интеллектуальна как в плане мелодий и исполнения, так и в плане лрики и оформления. На альбоме присутствует национальная египетская музыка, что делает его похожим на творения другой, не менее талантливой группы - Nile. Хотя эти египетские темы не настолько эпичны, как у найловцев, все же благодаря им альбом звучит еще более оригинально и атмосферно.

Характеризуется он достаточно просто – эдакий хит-парадный хард-рок, в меру тяжеленький и в меру хитовый, не обремененный излишней музыкальной интеллектуальностью, в отличие от более поздних работ Брюса.Материал достаточно ровный и предсказуемый, создается впечатление что Дикинсону было все равно, что выпускать, лишь бы это было максимально непохоже на Мэйден. Именно в этом он преуспел. Хотя композиция No Lies слегка напоминает мэйденовскую Bring Your Daughter……To the Slaughter

Volta is the sixth studio album by Icelandic singer Björk, released on 1 May 2007 by One Little Indian Records. A wide array of artists collaborated with Björk on material for the album, including longtime collaborator Mark Bell, along with new producers Timbaland and Danja.
The album received positive reviews upon its initial release, and is Björk's first and only album to reach the top 10 on the US Billboard 200, peaking at number nine. Volta spent nine weeks at number one on the US Top Electronic Albums chart and in the first three months of release sold over half a million copies worldwide. In the United Kingdom it was certified Silver. The lead single, "Earth Intruders", reached number 67 on the UK Official Download Chart, and number 78 on the main UK Singles Chart, while the remix EP later charted on its own at number 150. "Violently Happy" is a song by Icelandic singer and songwriter Björk, released as the fifth and final single from her album Debut in 1994. The song was written by Björk and Nellee Hooper, who helped her in writing and producing most of the album. The lyrics speak of Björk feeling a love so intense that it is actually dangerous, requesting that her lover return to "calm her down". Musically, it's an upbeat song which peaked at #13 in the UK and reached #3 on the US dance charts.
